Granted Care is led by Shaylah Grant, a nurse practitioner with experience in primary care, mental health, and perioperative nursing.
Clinical background
Shaylah has worked in healthcare since 2018, became a nurse practitioner in 2022, and has spent the last several years in primary care caring for thousands of patients with needs ranging from routine visits to more complex concerns.
Service and training
Before entering nursing, Shaylah served in the U.S. Navy for four years as a helicopter mechanic and Second Class Petty Officer. That experience continues to shape her discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to service.
She earned her Associate Degree from Becker College and her Master's Degree from Regis College.
